AL-NUR
أَوْ كَظُلُمَتٍ فِي بَحْرٍ لُجِّيٍّ يَغْشَهُ مَوْجٌ مِنْ فَوْقِهِ مَوْجٌ مِنْ فَوْقِهِ سَحَابٌ ظُلُمَتٌ بَعْضُهَا فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ إِذَا أَخْرَجَ يَدَهُ لَمْ يَكَدْ يَرَهَا وَمَنْ لَمْ يَجْعَلْ اللَّهُ لَهُ نُورًا فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ نُورٍ
أَلَمْ تَرَى أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ مَنْ فِي السَّمَوَتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَالطَّيْرُ صَفَّتٍ كُلٌّ قَدْ عَلِمَ صَلَاتَهُ وَتَسْبِيحَهُ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ
(Al-Nur: 40-1)

I love the verse because for me it is about unity and uniquness. No judgement of how you remember your Lord, everyone has its way and it is understood by Him. What is more is that this Unity, connection and harmnoy with everything around us as we all share doing one thing: Pray!
The waves verse is just very real and happens to us when we are just lost in the dark, the first thing you check is to whether you can see your hand or not.
The believer's light is interesting to me too! Have lots of essoteric meanings I suppose.
